Train Chartering supplies Private Carriage to Launch Group for the Launch of the new Ocean Hotel from Butlins

Train Chartering provided a private train carriage with branding and catering to Launch Group for press and media representatives going to the launch of Butlin's newest property, the 4-star Ocean Hotel, Bognor Regis.

Train Chartering arranges train charters and private carriages for a wide range of events between most stations in England, Scotland and Wales.

Launch Group needed to upgrade the way they took journalists from London to Bognor Regis, and back again. Previously, they had used hired coaches but not only had this mode of transport not been popular with invitees, but also it was felt that coach travel was not in keeping with the event's objectives.

Train Chartering provided a private carriage from Victoria Station in London direct to Bognor Regis. Champagne, canapés, and tea / coffee was served to 60 guests. The carriage was branded Butlins, with window and bulkhead stickers, headrest covers and tablecloths, all featuring the Butlins logo or the name of the hotel.
